Cathy brings more than 40 years of experience in early childhood education to Island Kiddie Kampus. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Education with a major in Early Childhood Education and has earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. Cathy is also a proud member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

She is certified in First Aid, CPR, Health and Safety, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Safe Sleep. Billy has been a dedicated member of the Island Kiddie Kampus team since 1996, serving as our Office Manager. With decades of experience in childcare administration, he plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our centers.

Billy has extensive knowledge of state and local childcare licensing policies and procedures and is responsible for overseeing key administrative functions, including billing, enrollment, classroom and staff scheduling, maintaining staff compliance, and overall classroom administration. His expertise and commitment help ensure that Island Kiddie Kampus operates efficiently while providing exceptional service to our families and staff.
