She is certified in First Aid, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Safe Sleep, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every child in her care.

Dedicated to professional growth, Leila is currently continuing her education through the Michigan Registry and ChildCare Education Institute (CCEI), expanding her knowledge in early childhood development to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.
